If you are anywhere below a specialist in operations, be prepared to be shoved to the side at every turn. You will not receive any raise with the exception of cost of living adjustment. You will not have any opportunity to voice an opinion about anything. You will not be allowed to participate in the Ops incentive bonus. You will get to spend your entire day helping everyone else achieve their career goals, meet their ICP projections, participate in learning and development and never once will it be presented to you. I have never been offered any form of development. It is May and I have yet to have had any form of review. There is no incentive. We are constantly hearing about "best people and culture"...no if you are operations.
