      Pros

      A nice work life balance at Protiviti with mostly 40 hours week s. This is valuable in consulting since I used to travel a nationally with one of the Big 4.

      Cons

      Senior management is trying to figure things out. They said they are building their solutions but they laid us off when times get tough. The company did not offer strong staff for solution practice. The company does not understand solutions outside of audit and SOX.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
