      Pros

      It has a really fun atmosphere. You work with a lot more people near your age than I think you would in industry.

      Cons

      Work can be a drag and very dry, as most of the work is applying methodology, not creating strategy, and is not incredibly challenging.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
