Pros

This company really cares about its people. The work life balance is great, the people are very nice, and as long as you are smart and competent there is a set path for you to grow and succeed.

Cons

Compensation is very under market, 401k match doesn't vest for three years and isn't paid out until the end of the year. The work is not very challenging. Everything revolves around the mind numbing internal audit, even if you are not in that solution. Entry level new hires: if you want management consulting experience, look elsewhere, or at least specify that you want to go into Business Process Improvement.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
