      Very young organisation with huge potential to grow, great projects and great knowledge pool accessible from the parent company.

      Cons

      Teething problems of a new outfit, changed management as well Administrative issues sometimes. Lot of travel involved

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
