      Pros

      Wonderful environment and culture that won't be found a lot flexible to some extent in the workplace hours if unassigned The exposure received is perfect for fresh out of college employees Salary isn't amazing but it is reasonable

      Cons

      It is difficult to know where you stand in terms of growth, not too much insight is given towards evaluation very often long work hours and sometimes long weekend work hours No hand in where you are placed (which clients) and how long you remain at each client

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      Cons

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
