Pros

Great WLB and company culture of putting people first, lots of room for mentorship and prioritizes career growth, also lots of lateral mobility and support for trying other fields or interests, transparent promotions, weekly WFH schedule is up to you

Cons

Lower pay range for city + field, my specific project was a little under stimulating

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
