      decent pay, okay people below leadership, decent in person events

      Cons

      leadership is trash. they all go and do their own thing and everyone is left in the dust. no career growth opps and you get pushed into a corner.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
