Pros

Fully remote, good benefits, pay is competitive.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming with tons of programs/ steps to complete a simple estimate. In charge of the entire repair process where things could be delegated to greatly increase speed. Get bogged down in too many little tasks. Will continue giving you work when you’re already drowning and then question why it all didn’t get done or customers didn’t get updated. Work can become very repetitive taking the brunt of anger from shops when they don’t agree to progressives policy’s there is no negotiation it’s just that’s the way it is. Have to send all work to get authorized by a manager only to wait hours , move on to the next thing while waiting have to come back and fix a $5 item on your estimate.

Pros

Work from home, Ok opportunities to learn more but opportunities are becoming slim.

Cons

Between Micromanagement, work overload and with the use of vendors and AI employees are at risk. Corporate seems to not care that were all tired of the customers that are being abusive when corporates made bad decisions and these poor people have thousands withdrawn from an AI error. Pay for this level of company and the increasing headaches is not good, no monthly bonus, no commissions. No pension. Health benefits are available but not affordable. And the undo stress is causing my peers to consider quiting even ones that been here over 10yrs
