Pros

The company allows you to work from home

Cons

My experience at Procurify fell short of the promises discussed during the hiring process. The discussed salary after commissions and the perceived ease of scheduling meetings/deals closing was not very attainable for the BDR team. The turnover within the team is extremely alarming. They rarely promote and don't have anyone on the team over 2 years. The commitment to promised career growth and salary increases remained unfulfilled which created a sense of undervaluation amongst the team. Managements failure to deliver on its commitments has left me with a negative impression. I strongly advise potential employees to carefully assess the company's dedication to its promised commitments before investing their time and energy. Additionally, the company asks it's employees to write positive reviews on this platform and discourages any reviews that aren't positive..

We hear you, and we're always looking for ways to improve the balance between our awesome culture and the hustle that comes with being a growing startup. Like any high-growth startup, we experience growing pains that require hard work, grit, and resilience from our team, but we strive to balance that with a supportive and rewarding culture. Sales performance is something we take very seriously – we have invested in making sure we have the right leaders, programs, and compensation plans to ensure the success and happiness of our people. In 2023, most technology companies experienced slower-than-expected growth that resulted in layoffs, we are proud of how our people rallied together to outperform the difficult market conditions. We worked together to raise $50M Series C at a time when securing financing was at an all-time low, achieving a 100% YoY new revenue growth with many people meeting and exceeding targets. Finally, we did all this while continuing to offer a 4-day workweek to give our people the work-life balance they love. While most companies were reducing staff to control costs, we continue to recruit and hire new talent to join our team and share in our success and future. It's important to us that everyone at Procurify feels valued and appreciated, and your feedback helps us get there. We're committed to offering the best culture, competitive compensation, and all the tools and support you need to thrive – because your talent and contributions are what make us who we are.

Pros

I’ve been with Procurify for three years, and the evolution I’ve witnessed has been incredible. We’ve matured from a scrappy team into a sophisticated organization, yet we’ve managed to keep our soul intact. For me, the standout has been the culture of psychological safety. It is a space where I’ve been able to take big risks, evolve in my career, and feel truly backed by those around me. The cross-collaboration here is the real deal—it doesn’t matter what department you’re in, it feels like we are all one team pulling in the same direction. It’s also rare to find a senior leadership team that is this genuine. They don’t just talk about caring; they follow through with consistent action. It’s been an exciting journey, and the people truly make the experience.

Cons

The "scale-up" life isn't for everyone. Because we are maturing and evolving so quickly, you really need to be someone who is agile and flexible. If you prefer a highly predictable, static environment where nothing changes, you might find the pace challenging. To thrive here, you have to be comfortable with the "build" phase and enjoy the energy of a company that is constantly leveling up.

Pros

- Exciting and innovative product, supported by a strong company culture that enables employees to grow and thrive in their roles. - Leadership and management genuinely care about people, actively investing in creating a positive work environment with meaningful opportunities for learning and development. - Remote-first culture offers great flexibility, complemented by thoughtfully planned off-sites that foster connection and team alignment. - Highly collaborative environment with humble, approachable leadership that promotes psychological safety and open dialogue across the organization.

Cons

The organization operates at a very fast pace with high performance expectations and a strong focus on AI-driven innovation. While this may not suit everyone, it presents a significant opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated to make meaningful, high-impact contributions quickly.
