‘Great benefits and time off flexibility!’
4 days a week and unlimited vacations
The best thing is the unlimited Responsible Time Off and also 4 day work week. The worse part is the benefits package is not comparable to some other organizations and also there is no RRSP matching.
Middle of the road benefits package that covers most normal things, but nothing is exceptional.
-They cut our benefits, one of the worst plans I have every seen let alone for a company that proclaims they really care about employees
4-day work week is amazing. The company has transitioned to remote working permanently during and post-covid. This is great for anyone who prefer to work at home or have family commitments. Flexible "unlimited" vacation (requires approval).
Was allowed to work from home whenever needed which is nice when you need it. Snacks are good and the office is a lot of fun.
Best place to work on earth. Aman Mann is the greatest CEO this world will see. Most positive work environment.
Snacks are great!! The gym membership is with Steve Nash and is super affordable and comes off your payroll. Decent coverage for dental, vision, extended health. It would be cool to have a tiered option one day but I’m still happy with what we have currently. The biggest perk is the unlimited responsible time off. Nobody abuses it, but it’s good to know it’s there if you need it and you don’t need to count your vacay or sick days.
best: has a decent health benefit package
Gym membership at Steve Nash, unlimited vacation/personal days, snacks and fruits in kitchen, complimentary weekly massages in office, transit subsidies, pet friendly office, standard health benefits. Currently does not offer MSP coverage but may change in future.
