Pros

Travel to London, Netherlands, Toronto & Chicago Still such a young company you have a chance to shape the services and products Excellent employee benefits Genuinely good, open culture of transparency and work-life balance Socials, team days, fun days Flat hierarchy, managers, directors and XO including Brian Ross all super approachable Loads of training and growth opportunities to move up and across within the organisation Pay is above industry standard The Precima offices are very impressive Laptop & iPhone 6S High calibre of employees Flexible working

Cons

Lots of employees are based in Toronto so a fair amount of calls and meetings have to be after 2pm or delayed response Leeds employees are based in the client 3/4 days a week, the offices aren’t bad and sense of community is good however

Pros

Precima has created a truly unique culture of quirky, driven intellectuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. In this fast-growing division of a solid global company, opportunities abound for professional development, both upward and laterally. The work is dynamic, challenging and highly collaborative, and turnover is extremely low. Senior leaders are accessible and personally invested in their teams, with transparency around major business decisions and strategies.

Cons

As we expand globally, our remote offices can feel a bit disconnected. Business development also seems to have slowed in the US - recent focus is more on Europe and Asia.
