I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Precima (Toronto, ON) in December-2016.
Ask SAS, SQL, Python technical questions. Phone interview first, then in person interview. It is overall technical based. The process takes about more than a month. It is a part of loyalty one.
