      Pros

      Great people and good leadership in general. Work from home used to be a great benefit.In-office perks (pre Covid) were great - subsidized meals, gym, beer fridge etc

      Cons

      Work-life balance is bad, and as a result of covid, no real benefits to the daily office work either, and most places will have work-from-home as the new normal. Chaotic due to constant change...am yet to see any differentiating work culture factors that would make PCC stand out any more.

      Pros

      Working here was good at one point

      Cons

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
