Pros
I'm writing this review as someone who just finished the sales rep training. I genuinely say after this experience I'm much more competent and confident heading into the sales field. The training consists of a 5 week training course and throughout the 5 weeks we have gone through a step by step analysis of the entire sales process. In addition the content provided my company, the content provided by the other trainees really help mold me into a better salesman. I felt as if I was in an MBA class on sales.
Cons
The biggest cons on the sales training program is performing in front of the group rather than on an individual level. We would often role play in front of our 20 other trainees and I feel that was a more difficult simulation of the sales process. With that being said, this hold value as we can watch other people and critique from an outside point of view.
