Pros
Typically if you have a good team your experience will be great on a day to day basis A good amount of PTO
Cons
Where do I even start. It really says something about the company when they brag about making an absurd amount of money in revenue last year and the CEO is the richest man in the state but some employees are working two jobs to make ends meet. It's very hard to advance without being taken advantage of, and once you have reached the highest level in your department (some of which have no level ups) you won't get another raise unless the company gives one at will or you decide to go to another department and start climbing the ladder there but start over from the starting pay for that position. They took away all WFH options for the whole company despite not having enough room to seat everyone in the office and having proven during COVID that we are more than capable of doing so. To put a band aid on this they got another building and across town and relocated entire departments with only a few weeks notice to find new arrangements for children, commutes, changing their schedules, etc. while also causing turmoil for those who took jobs based on the notion that their job was permanently from home and bought houses outside of the city. Any fun in office activities and incentives have been increasingly dwindling as the company has grown despite pushing to cut down on overtime to save money but only increasing the workload and micromanaging people who have been doing their job for years longer than the team leaders. Leadership is constantly changing to the point that we won't even know who our department director is half the time. The catering options that we have to pay for are usually disappointing but typically the only option for food that most have. I cannot recommend this company any less.
