Easily the most God awful place I have ever worked in my career. If you're looking avoid the 5 star reviews they're pressuring employees to make. They keep their numbers up by making people leave good reviews.
Its commonly known in the sales world how ruthless and cutthroat the sales division is at Paycom, its a common joke even amoung those still in training anytime they do anything they're probably getting fired.
I would recommend working here if you're willing to sell your soul to make money. You'll work 60 hour weeks at an absolute minimum, if you don't you'll be fired quickly.
The product is easily the most expensive in a majorly commoditized market so you will have a very tough time selling. Paycom has a very bad rep in the space as well, mainly because they put so much pressure on reps they're forced to engage in high-pressure sales tactics and unethical behavior
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever, don't drink their Koolaid. If you're good at what you do you can make plenty of money at plenty of other companys.
