Pros

I have worked at Paycom for several years and have first hand seen the amazing growth and opportunities. If you are looking for a place to advance quickly and are a hard-worker, you can achieve your goals at Paycom and be very successful. It's by no means a job where you can skate by but Paycom recognizes the hard work we put in by providing amazing benefits, fun activities, a gym, catered lunches, etc. It is definitely a a work hard/play hard environment. The environment here is very cohesive and positive, I find that I get lots of support from senior management as well as my peers. As we continue to grow as a company, we continue to keep getting better. It's a very fast-paced job that is constantly changing so it's great for people who don't want to do the same thing every day and who like a challenge.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say these are cons, however it should be noted that Paycom has high expectations of its employees, is fast-paced, and requires you to give 110% every day. It is however rewarding, and if you take it seriously, you can get a lot out of it.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The $1 health insurance and $0 medical bills when partnering with ZERO are hard to beat. $4 lunches daily The company does a good job recognizing and celebrating high performers. Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

Cons

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
