put on team within 3 weeks training, allowed to take on responsibilities, developer teams split into manageable levels often so new hires always happen, points system means that a promotion happens when you get the points for it based off of the code that you release, fellow employees can go on a lot of vacations
Cons
some splits don't take into account what you are working on before, only place to work is Oklahoma City
