Pros

Paycom has presented me with a tremendous opportunity as a Corporate Sales Recruiter and I couldn't be happier with my decision to be a part of this amazing, rapidly-growing company. I work underneath a fantastic management team, who strives to set me up for the best success possible and with the growth that Paycom is experiencing year over year, I am looking forward to continued opportunities with this company. This position has provided me with training/development opportunities and the ability to grow both personally and professionally. This is a challenging position that has it's ups and downs, but the wins are worth it; however, you need to be prepared to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. You are held to a quota that is attainable if you work hard. I am thrilled to be a part of the department that is helping staff the best sales force in America!

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Get to meet new people every day, the environment and culture is amazing, and I am always welcomed wherever I go!

Cons

Stressful getting the hang of things. Took a couple months. Very worth sticking around because there is great potential to move up.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
