Pros

Gym,Year end party, customer service week, a stable job, insurance. The leadership program is great. You have some negative people, complainers and people who are in the program that want to move up the ladder quick. Observe those employees whos not taking it seriously. Look at the person as a whole. See what kind of person they are and how they handle life.

Cons

Horrible vacation policy, over worked underpaid, turn over rate is high. Yes the company is growing, but I've seen quite of employees. Quit, get fired or demoted. Lack of diversity. Paycom only hires certain type of employees right out of college, No transferring to a new position in certain departments. A lot of leaders don't need to leaders. They need to be closely examined. No career paths for certain departments. Unequal work load with certain teams. You get the same pay with more work depending on what team you are on. The women and their short dresses and skirts are ridiculous, office drama. Low pay. Please work on the lunch menu. It was better when we had Savannah . Office drama and departments don't work too well with others.

While you highlight many positives over your five-year career with us, overall you appear unhappy, which are disheartened to hear especially from someone who has been with us during a timeframe that has promoted great growth opportunities. You mentioned how much you enjoyed the leadership program and it’s important to note that those programs are aimed at developing upcoming leaders regardless of title within the organization. If you feel more comfortable, we encourage you to come discuss your concerns with your HR business partner or use the third-party, anonymous hotline.

Pros

Get to meet new people every day, the environment and culture is amazing, and I am always welcomed wherever I go!

Cons

Stressful getting the hang of things. Took a couple months. Very worth sticking around because there is great potential to move up.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
