Pros
I have been with the department and Paycom for quite a while now and I'm continuously amazed with the growth we've been experiencing, the amazing leaders that go above and beyond for us and the overall culture in all of our offices. We are compensated for our hard work, the training program is fantastic and despite the offices being spread out across the U.S., we stick together and help out when help is needed. As the other reviewers have mentioned, you can't beat the benefits with the growth opportunities, the $1 healthcare, the 401K matching (very generous) and the Employee Stock Exchange Program. If someone is looking for a rewarding career where they make a difference every day, the TSR position is a great option. On other posts I've seen that we are asked to write positive reviews but I have never experienced that and after talking with a few others here, they haven't experienced it either. When I was at corporate they mentioned employees leaving a review but they said they appreciate ANY feedback, whether it be negative or positive so they can learn and improve on issues that some people/departments might be experiencing.
Cons
-Time off could be better first year but by your second year in you have plenty of sick, vacation and personal days. -We are experiencing a lot of growth which can cause growing pains but I'm proud to be with a company that is growing at such a fast pace and that just means job security for me.
