Unofficial 60 hour work weeks, regularly. (Not even including security incidents). Company loves to pull the rug out from under employees about major changes, such as hiring with a promise of a 4 day at home hybrid schedule, and a week later full RTO enforcement. Leadership is toxic, and looking to cut chaff wherever possible so it squashes interdepartmental cooperation as people don’t want to be fired for a problem, so they all blame each other instead of addressing issues.
