Pros

Good people Heath benefits Potential is good to gain experience

Cons

Vacation and sick leave below standards Technology company with antiquated equipment and software Policies seem to be written by ametuers with very little corporate experience Below standards for professionals and ancient business practices related to cellphones, laptops Grew too fast without appropriate infrastructure in place, rapidly growing business with ametuers leading Too low pay to attract experienced talent Not open to knowledge sharing, sometimes experienced professional bring something more than a body to work If you are young, you fit in, if you are mature no so much borderin on discrimitory practices Absolute zero respect for workspace environment, they pack you in like sardines

Paycom Response

Our employees’ feedback is paramount to our success and one of the many reasons why we place such an emphasis on the results of our employee survey. We listen and react to employee feedback and are constantly looking for ways to improve our policies and procedures. This year, we implemented a number of innovative ideas given to us by our employees and last year, we increased our PTO schedule as a result of their feedback. Regarding our compensation structure, our pay is highly competitive and is in-line or better than averages posted by the Department of Labor and those within our industry. We recognize your concerns and will pass these onto members of our senior leadership team.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
