Pros

Michael Page is a well known recruitment brand in many parts of the world. The brand is a mid to high tier recruitment agency with a very strong western identity.

Cons

The company and its more senior employees pretend to be at the upper echelon of society. They wine and dine at 5 star hotels and trendy restaurants at the company's expense usually in small groups of white male also known as "the boy's club". The phenomenon is perplexing when considering that the company is composed of no less than 80-90% non-white male. In essence, a competent white male can expect to be invited to social events with senior management and get access to privileged company information. Incidentally, white males also get first dibs on promotions. In general white male are paid significantly more than their non-white male counterparts. To add insult to injury, females, of all descend, are paid even less than male counterparts. This organization is heavily structured around the perceived value of people's cultural background and gender. The company monetizes the "white male" image over all others. Any attempt by the company to promote diversity and inclusion is only to hide it's true nature.
