    I have been working at PageGroup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Excellent training.
    - Great internal culture : only internal promotion, international career opportunities
    - Good compensation for those who get promoted faster
    - Good benefits :healthcare and hollidays

    Cons

    - IT support and Recruitment application is a nightmare
    - Flexibility: the system can not allow us to work outside the office
    - Even if recruitment is a very competitive market where we have to stay focus and close to the business, support your employees with continuous training after their 1st year within the company.

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PageGroup.

    Appel d'un consultant après avoir vu mon dossier sur leur site, rapide entretien par téléphone afin de connaitre mes précédentes expériences, puis entretien de 30 minutes dans leurs locaux. La personne qui m'a reçu était très agréable, souriante et l'entretien était vraiment facile. Il n'y avait aucun piège, il suffisait d'être honnête. Je garde une très bonne impression de cet entretien, tout le monde était très agréable et souriant. J'ai reçu une offre que j'ai refusée car je n'avais pas directement postuler pour cet emploi, il se trouvait beaucoup trop loin de mon domicile. La seule chose qui m'a déplu est le fait qu'on m'ait dit que je devais donner une réponse dans les deux heures qui suivent. Cela m'a un peu choquée.
