      Pros

      Turnover in management in 2023 was the best thing that could've happened. New leaders are more innovative, open to ideas and embrace change.

      Cons

      Some middle management still moving too slowly. Glassdoor lists CEO as Kevin Stevenson. Vik Atal has been CEO since March 2023.

      - smart people in many hands-on roles - decent market average benefits, not bad but not great

      Cons

      - senior leadership disorganized - poor strategy and execution lead to on-going layoffs - many leaders are not experts in the area they lead - dated technology and no vision for future - ethics and morals are lacking in many leaders and this is acceptable to senior leadership
