PRA Group interview questions

Poor experience. Rushed me through multiple panel interviews and ghosted me for almost three weeks after my final round saying they went in another direction. They also called my current employer to ask about me, blowing my cover of looking for other positions. Mind you no references were requested, the regional DOS had worked there previously and just decided to call both a colleague and the General Manager to get insight. Poorly managed and unprofessional in the Bay Area.
