Pros

It's a paycheck, keeps a roof over your head

Cons

"Leaders" are not leaders, they do not care about good ideas, problems or issues unless you are family or a close friend. Everyone else is disposable. Turnover is ridiculous. There is no career path or growth unless you are family.
