work life balance is really good.
Cons
Insurance provided is for employee, spouse, children but only fore employee it's 100% for spouse and children it's co-pay. There should be an option to take extra from employee but atleast spouse and children should be 100 % reimburseable. For parents also it's 20pc copay we pay complete premium for parents but atleast their should have option to cover completely.
