Pros

Investment and focus on Diversity and Inclusion which is making O2 an even better place to work. Extensive investment in people to enable access to on-line training. Flexibility and great work / life balance. A brilliant CEO and board with balance and direction. Support and understanding through Covid and lock down, very proud we supported and didn't furlough staff. Access to great benefits.

Cons

During covid having to utilise holiday within time frames but totally understandable during these time.

Our people make o2 and it is important that we give back to our people, be it through our flexible benefits, family policies, our networks, development and progression and working environments.
