  • amazing culture, great benefits, flexible work life balance (in 10 reviews)

  • Flexible working is also great although the management often forget that its the backbone to our culture when they make changes to the business (in 19 reviews)

Cons
  • Lots of travel to and from Head office (in 3 reviews)

  • No one seems to want to change anything, I'd say quarterly bonus would be a pro but my store doesn't hit it so I wouldn't know (in 3 reviews)

    Lots of discretionary effort to get it all done
    Lack of investment in internal tools & systems
    Often too much bureaucracy in getting things done
    Some old-school thinkers that stifle innovation and change
    Robust performance management is often sidestepped, meaning under-performers get to stay
    Things can be ruled by fear from up the chain of command
    Multiple versions of 'the truth' in terms of key data
    Salespeople over-commit to new customers, leading to unsupportable products in live

    Advice to Management

    Spend more on innovating internal systems to enable innovation, efficiency and collaboration
    Give your salespeople a single authorised portfolio of products they can sell

    Held back by the phone support team.

    Heavy on the process side of things sometimes due to shear volume of projects and process in place

    Whilst governance is important, understanding what a process is in place to do should allow greater flexibility to reduce waste and deliver more efficiently without longer term negative impact.

    Too much to remember, mystery shoppers can usually be spotted as they react and act diferntly to normal shoppers, targets are ridiculous
