Mission: There are over 7,000 of us at O2. We’re all very different. And we all love what we do - whether we’re surprising our customers in our stores or creating the next big thing at our head office. Every day is an adventure. There’s always a real buzz ...
I have been working at O2 full-time (Less than a year)
Professional working environment, employees treated with respect and trusted. Flexible working, great culture and excellent benefits and salary package.
None that spring to mind.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing!
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at O2 (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England (UK)) in August-2017.
I initially had a phone interview with the Senior HR Recruitment Advisor and they were extremely helpful. I then completed an online video interview which in comparison to other video interviews I have completed, this was by far the most relaxed one as they allow good amount of time to complete and even the option to record your answer the second time.
I was then accepted for a face to face interview with two of the HR managers and that was overall very relaxed however I did lack more of the knowledge they required from a HR Change employee and I had just graduated.
