8yGreat title for your review and pleasing to see that you feel it is a great company to work for and that for you, the culture and the people you work with really make the difference.
On your point on contractors, as a business we do need to reach out to people who have the skills and expertise, that in some areas,we don't necessarily have and that is crucial for us to do this to continue to deliver and innovate for our customers. We do have a third party supplier who helps us to recruit for our contractors and they work within our business so they know the type of people that fit within o2 so we would like to think that the majority have the passion and drive and commitment to continue our reputation as a customer champion. On your point of our group level plans at our conference we believe it was clear as to the long term intentions and it was very apparent that the Group are 100% behind what we are doing and they are continuing to invest in us due to the performance and the results we are delivering.
