Pros
The Nordstrom.com call center (called direct) is a horrendous place to work. Thru the phone system every minute is accounted for. However the worse part of a department in Iowa called Quality who anonymously listens in to score your call for 10 times a month ( similar to nsa telephone tactics ). When getting a score you are not allowed to challenge the score (they make it so difficult as you cannot talk to the person who scored you). You can only talk to a supervisor who will then ignore any questions you have about the scoring.

The supervisor refuses to take any calls from the customer oh but is right there to criticize you every word. A typical response from a supervisor is " you had the wrong choice of words." Ok what would the supervisor say ( nothing because she refuses to take any calls from the customer ).
