Call center sets very unrealistic expectations for success. Don't count on the bonus. Your evaluators will remove points for using words such as 'should' which apparently conveys a sense of uncertainty so not only are you judged on compliance, adherence, accuracy, and call time you basically also need to relearn to speak English.
