Pros
Lots of freedom, its a remote job and you're given a company car, you don't get micro managed if you can perform minimum requirements. Great benefits including insurance, phone, laptop, company car for personal use with gas paid.
Cons
commission is very hard to get, base pay isn't very good. you have to be very pushy to get people to sign up and it wasn't my style of selling, the top performs knew how to sign up homes on the first visit, that's what set them apart from all other reps. I could rarely do that, and as a result never saw any decent commissions. I did not want to move into management or training so I left.
