The last decade has seen a giant shift to streaming and Nielsen is on the forefront trying to understand how they can be involved.
Cons
Nielsen has abruptly pivoted to offshoring hundereds of US employees and is unclear on how much more offshoring is in the future. Several hundereds have already been laid off and the ones who remain are like sitting ducks just waiting to be told they are next. They make a huge point of saying their people is what makes the company great but then they throw away people who have been here for decades for a quick buck.
