Pros
Pay is good. I still work with some good people who haven't been outsourced yet. I really can't think of anything else
Cons
They started with a 50/50 mix of onsite and offshored workers, now they are moving to 30% onsite and 70% offshore. They have become a 100% process oriented company. The work being done is not nearly as important as whether or not the proper procedures are being followed. Always have to worry about whether you're going to be laid off due to offshoring.
