      Pros

      It is a good place to start your career in analytics if you are not sure exactly where you'll end up.

      Cons

      Long hours with little compensation. A "meritocracy" with zero recognition of great performance. There are no incentives to work harder besides your own satisfaction with a job well done.

      Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
