Pros
The work is interesting, especially since the company is moving into the digital and mobile realms. There are definitely opportunities to take on additional work and responsibilities if you want it. Relaxed work environment and good people at the company.
Cons
Pay is definitely below-average in the market. This leads to high turnover, which leads to substantial workload passed onto remaining employees. There is not much knowledge sharing between verticals within the company, and definitely not much integration with the larger Nielsen company.
