Pros

Collaborative culture, managers are engaged, company cares about employee satisfaction

Cons

Benefits and pay are terrible. Healthcare is expensive and not great, and other offered benefits like educational reimbursements sound great until you actually try to use them, when multiple hurdles are thrown your way. Promotion planning is also biased, with remote workers / people in satellite offices constantly getting dinged for visibility and presence, though it clearly doesn't affect ability to do well (client offered to hire me for excellent work at the same time that I received a "meets expectations" from Nielsen - what a joke). Diversity is also given lip service, but senior management all looks quite monolithic.

Pros

Flexibility, nice people, good benefits

Cons

Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
