- tight staffing, made worse by 2018 layoffs - long and unpredictable hours - outdated, and often unreliable tools, which is embarrassing for a company that thinks of itself as technologically savvy. - large corporate structure which is very silo'd and at times dysfunctional - Lately, instability within the US organization due-to poor business performance
