We have many learning and development opportunities, including our most recent Grow with Us program, side projects, and mentoring programs. We had many associates across Field Operations grow in their careers via promotions and lateral moves throughout 2018; many of our managers, trainers and operations leaders started in frontline roles. At Nielsen, we believe that you own your career growth and development and Nielsen makes every effort to support individual aspirations.
At Nielsen we strive for work/life balance. Data shows that successful Membership Representatives (MRs) have the highest probability of signing a home during primetime hours, which include weeknights and weekends. Successful MRs who work 40 hours and schedule their recruitment time during primetime hours are far more likely to meet or exceed their goals. In this role maintaining a schedule of non-traditional hours is essential in order to be successful, and we acknowledge that those hours may not be right for some people. For many, the Membership Representative role is a great fit that offers them great rewards!
