Pros
Talented Leadership Work along side some of the best and brightest ( very competitive to get a job here - excellence was just table stakes!) Awesome product that had little to zero instability or problems! Great clients Awesome culture & diversity- just great humans who are talented working hard to help clients success and has little to no politics in the culture.
Cons
Restructuring/Layoffs. Challenging times in the restructure but was not personal and a significant severance package was offered to employees.
