Pros
Loads of independence. You're basically you're own boss, but don't take advantage. If you're a good employee, the bosses will be your best friends. If not, they'll crack down on you hard, and only once before you're fired. Just do what you're hired to do, smile, and try your best each day and the work will be a piece of cake. And make sure you're on time. You get a bonus of £5 a day for literally just showing up. The training is great too, I can't tell you how much success I've had due to all the training days they give you. I can't stress this enough- just show them you work hard, and won't get passive after a few weeks- and you're going to have an amazing time.
Cons
A lot of their contracts are temporary. i worked for only 3 months- I'd give anything to come back, I made so many good friends and I really enjoyed what I was doing each day.
