      Pros

      MPC is Excellent. Besides the management issues going on with the company. For a 130+ year old company, they should at the top, but no. You all get every benifits. Work culture is good. Team members are supportive. But not upto the mark

      Cons

      1. If a project comes with time crunch, work life balance is affecting. But other than that, most of the time you will enjoy working. 2. Management is not upto the level.
