You get to work on few of the biggest titles in the industry. Time spent here is hugely recognized throughout the globe. A very good addition to your resume and career.
Cons
Can get a bit tiresome. A few of the team leads can get bossy and give very tight deadlines. But that is the case in most of the VFX companies. Nothing you cannot get used to over time.
