Underbid shows, tighter than reasonable deadlines, not enough seniors for the amount of juniors, non-competitive salaries - resulting in a high turnover rate. No interest in providing training, clunky pipeline, not enough render farm, average computer hardware, intentional under-staffing to save money by relying on overtime during peak months, employee feedback ignored. As much work as possible is outsourced to Bangalore, including all roto/paint/prep, compositing, assets and more. The content they pass on to other MPC sites is substandard and half the time has to be redone significantly. Communication with them is difficult, quality control isn't effective.
