-Good projects -Nice work environment -Good to get into the industry
Cons
I said is good to get into the industry but, is because they hire mostly junior and people they can pay the lowest salary possible. They are not open to negotiation and even moved a hole comp department to India because they can get it cheaper. You can get more money in any other place than in MPC. Artists are just numbers for them.
